MTC FOCUS ON RECOVERY TRAINING Groups will be available at a minimum of one time per week unless otherwise requested by individual or referral source. We offer education, counseling, and training groups for Parenting, Anger Management, Substance Abuse and Addiction. All groups will include an assessment session, subject specific assignments, random urine screens, and an exit session. Individual treatment without groups and 100% anonymous attendance available upon request. Number of groups may change at anytime. The normal number of groups for each area is as follows: Substance Abuse Outpatient - 26 group therapy sessions at 2 times per week, a minimum of 1 individual per month and 12 Self Help groups required. A final individual session to close out file must be scheduled by client to issue a completion letter and certificate. Number of sessions may vary due to progress or referral source. Substance Abuse Intervention - 10 group sessions at 1 time per week and a final individual session for discharge planning to be scheduled by client
Anger Management - minimum of 4 sessions scheduled individually at 1 time per week Assertive Parenting - 10 classes at 1 time per week Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course - 1 time for 4 hours on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. This class is for parents going through divorce with children and for couples separating with custody issues. Assessments are available Monday thru Saturday by appointment.
Professional training will be available 1 to 2 times per month at various times with the availability of continuing education for Nurses and Counselors.
The Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment Program is designed for middle stages of addiction to early dependency or as a part of continuing care services from a residential referral. Clients assigned to this program are typically identified with a second DUI, possible loss of job or actual job loss after interventions have been made, domestic problems or many other indicators. Lifestyle choices are developing moderate to major problems (caused by or exacerbated by the use of chemicals) with relationships, finances, goals and other pertinent areas of life that are caused by or exasperated by the use of chemicals. They must meet ASAM PPC-2R Level 1.
The Substance Abuse Intervention program is designed for very early to early stages of addiction typically identified with a DUI, possible loss of job or actual job loss, domestic problems or many other indicators. Lifestyle choices are developing minor to moderate problems (caused by or exacerbated by the use of chemicals) with relationships, finances, goals and other pertinent areas of life that are caused by or exasperated by the use of chemicals. They must meet ASAM PPC-2R Level .05. The Assertive Parenting Program ia a psycho-educational class designed to help parents meet the unique needs of their children in our challenging society including, but not limited to; Alcohol and/or other Drug Addictions, Teen Sexuality and STD Prevention, School Dropout Prevention, Child Development, Character Building, Providing Discipline, Modeling Appropriate Behavior, and Child Safety Education (including gun and internet safety). The Parent Education and Family Stablization Course is designed to educate, train, and assist divorcingparents in regard to the consequences of divorce on parents and children. Individualized, solution focused, short and long term Outpatient Treatment Services available. Corporate Service for individual assessment, referral, and treatment can be arranged for on site.
